Trying to hookup Music on Hold on a UCX20. I'm using the audio port on the back of the unit and using a line level input. I can't find in programming where to activate and start using that input for all on hold calls.

Not sure its available on the UCX20
I think only on the UCX50

Only the Line In input is supported by UCx as the MOH source. The UCx20 platform does not have the Line In jack, so you cannot use this feature with UCx20.

The configuration to enable the Line In input is described here:
I don't think you can make this LineIn MOH category to be the default for all calls on hold. Instead, you have to select it in the Music On Hold field on the appropriate configuration page (Inbound Route, Outbound Route, Queue, etc.).

In theory, you could feed your line level output (at a reasonably low level) to the mic input. Maybe you could suggest to E-MetroTel if they could enable the Mic In port the same way as the Line In port.

I found out that the audio jack on the UCx20 is a line output port. There is no line input or microphone jack on the UCx20 system.
