If you use for the DISA the context "from-internal" (which is the default context), then yes, you can invoke features such as Call Forward All Prompting Activate, Call Forward All Prompting Deactivate, Call Forward Busy Prompting Activate or Call Forward Busy Prompting Deactivate to change the call forwarding of any extension.
