How about to use the Call Center Reporting?
are there any samples to show the following as:
a. daily total of incoming calls to IVRS
b. daily total of selection at every level
c. daily total of calls transferred out of IVRS to local telephone nos.
As far as I know, the only place where IVR related information is available is the Asterisk full log. It would be necessary to parse the log to get the info you are looking for.
