Hello, I have been asked to look into the "Emergency Switch" facility on the MD110. I have searched all my documentation and can see that a SERV parameter has to be allowed. Could someone please explain what the feature is used for and how I programme it? I can then try and look professional whilst on site. The BC level will vary from BC9 to BC12. If you need more information just ask.

The operator can enable emergency mode normally via *90# (The Night time symbol will flash). Then only extensions with an ‘emergency allowed’ can make new calls. Non-emergency extensions can not make any calls… internal or external.

Isinor

Hello,
Many thanks for the information, like most features on the MD110 once explained they are relatively simple to use.
