Emergency Repair Disk

Hi! Hope somebody can help.
I am trying to create emergency repair disk on w2k sp3 server, but get the message 'disk was not found or was inaccessible'. This message appears after message saying 'insert blank, formatted floppy disk etc', and hitting OK.
This process works on other servers, and there is nothing wrong with the floppy disk/drive.

So if u sticka disk in the floppy drive--you can browse it in MYCOMPUTER and format it manually?

what level of permissions does your login account have ? i have experienced the same issues when not logged in with admin rights .
