Is it really so important that you want to mess with 911.
Is it possible? Yes
Should you? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!
I require a statement of liability absolving me of all responsibility should 911 services be delayed by modifying the 911 services in this fashion before telling you how.
(I suggest you get one as well)

KwbMitel, I understand that the 911 service is very important ... So, if the console receive all notification (audio and visual), why when she made the 911 call she receive the notification during this call. The volume is so high and when she talk with the 911 service, it's agressive, and don't stop !!! So I would like to disable the audio emergency notification, only when the console dial 911 ...
it is the ARS route that determines the alarm notification.
If the console dials 911 and does not access a route with emergency notification enabled it will not notify.
If you are experienced with ARS, proceed with caution.
If you are not experienced, don't even try.
The console is capable of silencing the alarm in a second or less if they know what they are doing. They can silence it while talking on the call or even before anyone answers.
The risk outweighs the benefits.

Here's what you could do, but be very, very careful, and be sure to test the living hell out of it before actually putting it into service:
Create a route list for your emergency calls, with the first choice and second choice being the same TG, but use different COR groups.
In the first route, allow all stations EXCEPT the console in COR Group assignment. In the 2nd route, allow all stations, INCLUDING the console. Flag ONLY the 1st route/set of routes (if you have more than one, which for 911 is always a good idea if available) as Emergency.
This way, COR blocks the console from hitting the Emergency route. The console is allowed to use the same trunks, just not on a route marked as Emergency. Therefore, no alarm on the console.
Again, be EXTREMELY careful implementing this, I suggest setting this up on a test number first, and making lots and lots of test calls to make sure it works the way you want.
We had our legal dept draw up a notice of disclaimer and release form for our TW users as an option to using the LIM. In today's world we find that a number of our users no longer have legacy POTS service in their homes, hence the LIM is of no value to them. By the same token we do not want 911 calls for residential homes being mis-routed through the corporate office pBX either, hence we BLOCK 911 for the TW sets, exactly in the way Lundah suggests. SO in order to get a TW in your home you must read & sign the form with a witness present. We also affix a sticker to the corner of the phone under the MWI indicator "NO 911 SERVICE"
I'm still waiting for the lawsuit you just know some idiot attorney will still file.
