We have installed the client and server components but are having issues with getting it to show the screen pops when someone dials 911. 911 is in the sever config and in the emergency numbers for the site, with not trunk access code required.
If I call the route point extension the code blue screen pop comes up, but when we call 911 nothing happens. I verified that event 1319 is being generated on the Shoreware server which is also where the emergency notification server software is installed. Any ideas?
