Emergency divert to Voicemail 1

Ip Manager V. 10 (16)

We currently have a few hunt-groups which don't have answer machine machine enabled as these are high priority calls. Is there a way I can enable these to automatically be forced to a Voicemail by using a short-code on the handset? Just in the case of an emergency where noone is available to take the call...example a Fire Drill took place and had no choice but to lose calls - answer machine would be better.

Put the group out of service and set the voicemail timer for 3600.

Hi tlpeter,

I have located the 'Out of Service' setting and I presume the Timer is the 'Voicemail Answer Time' ? If so how come this has to be set to 3600?

Then it won't o to voicemail when you do not want that.
When it is out of services then it will go straight away.
