Emergency Call notification

Hi,

I configure the Emergency Call notification to 5 operator console when an emergency number is dialed.
It working properly 5 operator console got the Audio and Visual notification when someone dial Emergency number.
Our Emergency number is 966111
Issue is when I check SMDR logs I cannot understand which of our Operator attend the notification and release it .

With the formatting all out of whack and the system type unknown I need much more info.

[highlight #FCE94F]TIP[/highlight] Use the PRE formatting option from the command bar and insert SMDR within the values. This will force the system to retain spaces for formatting purposes

e.g.
There are 5 spaces between each of these numbers and not using PRE
1 2 3 4 5
Now here is what is looks like using PRE
[pre]1 2 3 4 5[/pre]

Moving on:

Tell us what each of these numbers represent in your test.

5030 Reception Extension
1007 Guest Extension

when any Guest dialed the Emergency number 99111 system will send Alarm notification to all Reception phones. Any one of Reception released the alarm by softkey on his phone which we configured for them .

I just need to know which reception extension release the alarm.. ? Because we have 5 reception phones

When i check the logs i only found who dialed the emergency number. but no info available for who released the alarm when system send the notification to Receptions phones .

which important because if any emergency happened and they call to emergency number and notification goes to reception phone and they released the alarm not inform to security or anyone .

How we can findout which reception guy release the alarm and not inform to security ....

I hope anyone can help me on this

If you have a 3300 system I would expect the answer to be in the system logs not SMDR.

SMDR is call data and has nothing to do with the notification (Sorry, I should have said that in my first response)
