Emergency boot floppy on SCO 5.07

Anyone ever see the error no space on dev fd when trying to make an emergency boot floppy? I am making a system specific boot disk for a Dell Poweredge 1800. We have removed all devices from the system thinking that was the cause and that did not fix it. Any ideas would be great help.

You have to choose separate Boot and Root floppies.

I have done that. The root floppy worked fine. I am now trying to make the boot and am getting that error.

Have you tried the Generic kernel ? (option 2)
