emergency autodial button

hi guys we are going to put a emergency buitton on each m2616 at one of our sites that has an option 11 ,it worked fineat another site that has an option 61 is there a cls missing or preventing it of working tried it on key 9 and 11 on this TN

i read on another forum this in a thread "If the co trunks are pri, bars sends all digits at the same time no matter if you try to send a pause or not. The digit stream sent does not stop, or pause then send the rest "

is there a way to bypass that if that is true ??
