Is there away someone can "turn on" an emergency announcement through Call Pilot. We have an Option 11C with CallPilot. There is a day greeting, night greeting, and holiday greeting all on time/date/holiday schedule, but we want to me able to put an emergency message on if there is reason to close the office (snow, hurricane, etc.)

My company is still using a MerMail but I think the principle applies.
Make an emergency announcement menu, open your application builder when the problem arises and change your Time of day controller to go to the announcment menu and then then announcement menus attendant option or zero options to go to the regular menu system.

TOD >>>> Announcement Menu >>>> DAY/NIGHT/HOLIDAY
This way you can insert your info quickly and remove it again without changes to your default menu system.
