Emergency Access to Attendent

I have this feature set up on buttons on all my hotel phones and it seems to work only about 50% of the time and I don't know why. I have 5 attendent consoles in the same area and when testing the feature alerts sometimes and not others, even if there are consoles logged in and idle.. just rings no answer.

any ideas?

 
what is the feature you have set up on the phones... maybe Im reading this wrong but I cant tell from whats posted... What is the result you are shooting for?

That would be the Emergency Access to Attendent feature, and the result I'm looking for is that it gets answered 100% of the time.
 
Similar to this topic. We are looking for a dial-code, or extension we can setup that rings a series of phones (better so if it can have a differing ring), and indicate a prioriy call without sending direct to the attendant.

Any ideas?
