What the problem? Have you got an analog line into the elevator?
Make change station {elevator #} and go to the page with Abbreviated Dialing. Add personal list for example to List1 and change Hot Line Destination: Abbreviated Dialing List Number: 1, Dial Code: 1. Then change abbreviated personal {elevator#} and insert your emmergency destination into the field 1. Thats all.
