If you are looking for adapter tuning, or disk tuning, even EMC doesn't have any recomendations.
But follow the guidelines about spreading out all your data to as many volumes as possible.
Check your Symm cache level usages, and see if you have any hot disks.
You may also want to check your back-end mapping on the symm and see if your Logical disks are on the same physical disk, bus.
