Try downlaoding the ODM file from ftp.emc.com for the appropriate OS and Version
Try downloading the inq executable from the ftp.emc.com
run: cfgmgr
run: inq
If you do not see emc disks, make sure that your HBA has been zoned correctly on the switch, and also be sure thatVolume Logix has been defined correctly.
