EMC Networker restore VM from tape , suggest manually labelling a new writable volume.

Hello all,

we are using EMC Networker 19.11 and i would like to restore a VM from tape but each time i start the recover job i get the following...

155752:nsrvproxy_recover: Unable to find a usable device for recovery of saveset 1269671422: Unable to find enabled Data Domain device for volume '000099L6'. An attempt will be made to perform automatic clone resurrection
165713:nsrvproxy_recover: Attempting to automatically resurrect clone 1269671422 with 7 days retention to DD volume in pool

and i see the Suggest manually labelling a new writable volume for pool " "

any ideas?
