Hi,

I have e P670 with 4 partitions and 2 p660 FC-connected to a EMC 8530
I use ECC 5.1.1 SP3 to allocate disks to my servers.
But with cfgmgr command, EMC disks are not visible ...i have to reboot my server to see my disks.

So what is your question?

WHat is the "server"? If it's your partition then no, you don't need to reboot.

Cheers

Hi,

Do you try to delete fc's driver before cfgmgr ?

ex : rmdev -Rdl fcs0

try using cfgmgr -v and see what you are doing wrong.
