EMC CX3-40 SAN Training Advice?

Hey folks. We are in the process of implementing the above solution in our relatively small environment. We have never had a SAN before. I have been asked by my boss to get some training, hopefully before a vendor comes in to implement the solution. So with that in mind, does anyone know who and what specific training modules I need to get, if I wanted to know how to the intial installation, maintain & manage the SAN environment? What training vendors do you recommend? I am new to this.
