We just got a Clariion CX-700 that we are going to be donating to a local tech school but we need to test it and make sure all the data is off of it. I found details how to attach a seriel cable to it and a laptop and create a PPP connection. When I do I put in the username and password that was provided in the article (clariion / clariion!) but it just times out and says there was no response.... any help or point me to the right article would be greatly appreciated.
