Can you embed .MPG's in flash movies (preferably flash 4)?? Id appriciate some help here + precise instructions on how to do it, coz i just cant find a way!

you can not..you can break up your site into frames..using flash as your navigation and things like that..then call your html files with the player embed in the html..

no, the point was, it is to go on a CD... no browser...no HTML, but i think i hav cracked it now...i have to user director, just need to learn it now :( cheers anyway
