Hi,

This some tips I have experienced when seting up an IVR :

You need to use a voice mail (and a licence) named : MENU NODE (no joke !!??)

Then all the stations need to have an associated VM too (more VM licences)!!

If your customer wants "answer only" VM, you need to choose tranfer only !! ("message only" or "information" type just don't work when you dial the corresponding number; it always says the correspondant is busy ).

In that case, I think the caller will be able to dial 0 to join the CO...

That's all folks, hope this will help.

Now, it's about French users too !!!

O yeah, I've tested IVR over SIP using Asterisk. If you need a bunch of menus, but volume of calls is not so high it could be better to buy some number of SIP licenses.
