Hi all,
i have installed CMM 5.2 on s8300, and configured using documment from Avaya: "Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager Messaging. Installation and Initial Configuration"

Signaling group and trunk group is up:

have you set the switch link administration up. (bottom of the messaging admin page)?

If you haven't the VM wont start.

Have you checked that the Node number in Dial Paramenters and in Switch Link are the same?

also check the public & private numbering, you need to send the 4 digits of the extension number to the trunk group of the audix... this is how the integration works.

Also, I would suggest you give that system at least 8-18 H323 IP trunks, the max configuration is 12 call answer ports, with 6 transfer/MWI ports, which would be 18 IP trunks total.

This is setup in the "switch link administration", you must stop/start the CMM system to change these paramters, then add the correc t# of IP trunks to the trunk group for CMM.

Would like to see the hunt group forms, looks like ther is no AAR access code. and also page 1 of feature-access form
 
Thanks all for answers, but when i writed an answer, i found my mistype on aar analysis table, i was entered wrong HG number... :(
and 1 change more, that i have made, was that, i have changed number of h323 trunks from 4 to 8 (from Mitch672 information)
