Embedding WinTV Executable into PowerPoint Slide

Any ever try to do something like this, and if so, can I get a tip on how to do it:

We have a myriad of PowerPoint slides, all (or at least most), of which we would like to have an embedded "application" run which will display the feed we have coming from a TV tuner card.

Right now we are running the PPS with the TV tuner application (WinTV), running in "Always On Top" mode over a blank area (reserved for the WinTV application), of the PowerPoint slides -- Although that works, ultimately, I would like to be able to embed the WinTV application within the slides. Any idea how or/and if this can be done?
