I tried to embed a .ppt file on my web page by doing this:
<img src=&quot;presentation.ppt&quot;>
It didn't work.

Next I tried to the powerpoint file as a .wmf file and tried to convert it to a text file (with PARAM tags) using the wmfcnv.exe. I opened the generated text file and it is blank.

Can anybody help me with either topic.

I havent' tried it that way. Instead I saved the PowerPoint as html and then Microsoft throws these tags in there:
<meta name=ProgId content=PowerPoint.Slide>
<meta name=Generator content=&quot;Microsoft PowerPoint 9&quot;>
<link id=Main-File rel=Main-File href=&quot;../2001overview.html&quot;>
<link rel=Preview href=preview.wmf>
