Embedding plain text from a text file, inside of my html document.

I'm trying to display the contents of a plain text file in Unix, directly inside of my html document...

I build this file, from the webpage... (Working fine.)

As I build it, or as it grows, it automatically displays it's own contents at the bottom of the page...

Can anyone tell me what the command is to do this?

The name of my file is: /tmp/form.out
