Embedding Media Player for Full Screen

I have embedded media player into some web pages to play some training videos on our intranet. I have set the displaySize setting to 3 which is supposed to open the video in full screen but it doesn't on all of our computers. Anyone know what I can do to force media player to play the videos in full screen.
