Embedding in XML

I have an XML driven Flash website.

I'd like one of the pages to have my Twitter feed and my LiveJournal. Twitter has this widget (

http://twitter.com/widgets/profile_flash_widget

) and LiveJournal has all these embed options (

http://community.livejournal.com/howto/34867.html

), but I can't get ANYTHING to work.

I'm totally new to XML.
