Embedding Flash Movies

select the table cell where you want the flash to be....in the toolbar select the "insert flash" icon (it will be the flash icon)...
this will open up a dialog box which allows you to browse to where your Flash file is located...select the .swf file and hit ok/open.
what the flash file does at that point depends on how you created the flash file to operate. Idealy there would be a stop action on the first frame of the timeline and a button to make it play whenever. Ya' Gotta Love It!
