Hi guys,

I have a jetdirect 600n attached to a laserjet 2300d. If I type the IP via URL (

http://Printer's

IP), then nothing appears but a help button and the HP logo. This doesn't happen with jetdirects 615n... what's going wrong?

Check if the firmware of the JetDirect card is atleast version X.07.03 else you should run a firmware update on the card. Another reason for the missing EWS could be the Java version in the current browser that has to be the latest by Sun Java.
