Embedded Voicemail to email

Hello, Im new to the smaller IP ofices. Im used to working on Server editions and VM Pro.

I have a person, saying their not getting their voicemail to email from a HUNT group. Ran Sysmon, noticed it said it was queing up and it had 13 in queue. Rebooting the IPO. re is what I am seeing now.

So is this sending? Am I missing something? Best regards
 
I would recommend deleting all messages in the hunt group before rebooting the IPO. If it still doesn't work, I would look at the smtp settings (unless this is the only mailbox not working).
 
In Monitor, go to the Filters > Services tab, check the box for SMTP. On the Call tab check the box for Email under Embedded Voicemail.

With the SMTP box checked, you can see the entire sequence of the IPO contacting the SMTP server and the responses back to see if the messages are being accepted and sent
 
I have also noticed that if Embedded VM fails to send email for whatever reason it will stop attempting to send subsequent messages until after a reboot. This is what I am seeing from the Monitor trace you provided. Make a change to the SMTP settings forces a reboot, then try again. If the SMTP setting are wrong the IPO will not try sending again until you make another change to the SMTP and another reboot is forced.
