Hello All, I am having an issue that could just be more of a lack of understanding how embedded voicemail treats queues voicemail to email messages. Hoping to get some clarification...
I am working on an R10 cabinet with group mailboxes forwarding all messages to an email... forwarding, not copying. The SMTP server went down, permanently, and I had to set up a new Gmail account to send from temporarily. New messages are sending to email immediately, but System Status shows there are 25 total messages between a few different mailboxes that would have been forwarded to email. Using Monitor, I show the messages are in queue, but are not sending. Is there something I need to do so that these messages get delivered to email? A reboot sure didn't do it. Any Ideas? (I know I can give them other ways to retrieve these messages from the group mailbox, but this is something I've run into before, and would love some solid knowledge of how IPO treats these queued messages if you have it)
