Embedded Voicemail "Dial By Name" prerecorded messages in spanish 1

Good day, is there a way to change the prerecorded message for the dial by name option to spanish?

You'd have to set the locale to spanish on the incoming call route.

Thanks....What if the call is already in the "english" AA and a button option is spanish AA then dial by name?

Try sending the calls to a short code where you set the Locale to Spanish. Never had to do it so not sure if it will work but its worth a shot.

Or send it two a second AA with a Spanish menu recording of 'Press one and enter the name' and have 1 as the dbn.
