Embedded Voicemail problem

We have a customer, with a Ipoffice 500v2 8.1.91, and embedded voicemail

The problem is, that the greetings are cleared after 24h, see the log, messages should be removed after 24h, this is also in the documentation.

We have tried a lot off things, changed the SD-card, reprogrammed the system, but nothing helps, has someone a good idea.

What greetings, how are they being recorded and how long are they? etc

The greetings are the autoattendants, they are recorded with the phone *8402.
They are about 30sec long.

Problem is solved,
i asked the customer again, and when they recorded messages for a mailbox, they use option 4, so that the caller can't leave a message.
They also used the option 4, for recording the auto-attendant prompts.

Because it's not a normal option, the messages are recorded, and after 24h, they are deleted.
