Embedded Voicemail Port Greeting

Hi All,

does anyone know if its possible to change the greeting on an external call to VM, the scenario is an external DDI number that matches the VM huntgroup digits for people to remotely check VM messages. System was previously an 3300 LX with release 9 software and the prompt that played was "please enter your mailbox number", since upgrading the hardware to an MXe and the software to 4.1 SP2 the prompt has changed to "thank you for calling, if you have a touch tone phone" etc. The caller then has dial * and the extension number.

You could try recording the system greeting yourself through the admin malbox 'day/night' greetings.
You could say 'welcome to ABC company please enter your mailbox number followed by the star key'
