Have an IP Office 8.0(44), Essential Edition and of course Embedded Voicemail.
Customer receives complaints that when callers are leaving messages, they get cut off. Sometimes early on in the message(10-15 seconds) sometimes further in (20-30 seconds). Not all calls but ever so often.
I have not been able recreate the issue myself but I don't think they are lying either.
