Embedded Voicemail Issue

Hello,

Can someone inform me on how to re-start the embedded v-mail on a ipo 500 V1? I have a customer that is stating when they press the visual voice button it's saying the v-mail isn't running, also when I call into the main number the AA isn't picking up?

For future reference in case anyone else gets this issue to reset the embedded VM on an IP500 you just eject the card, count to ten and then reinsert it.

That's what I ended up doing, I was just wondering if there was a disable/reable type command that I didn't know about?

On the V2 yes there is, on the V1 nope, its just as above.
