Embedded Voicemail is failing overnight

Embedded Voicemail fails ovrnight
During directory sync it reports these errors

Manual restart of the voicemail
Shell restarted

iPVM_Stop()


iPVM stopped.

Manualy created trans.dat in VM folders...

Now it is working... For how long.

The diag.dat logs should show you more.

Do you have VM Networking?

Also, the Postsoftware Logs might indicate something, it looks like voicemail was never started based on "EntryBlock - Disable Block State VM Not Ready".

You were right. diag.dat has trace of odd activities, errors and messages about missing system files. First of all I got this box brand new and configured from scratch last month without reinstallation. Although diag.dat has activities dated few months back. I think that I will need to reinstall te system and reconfigure it manually in order to avoid replication of the problem from backup.
