embedded voicemail greetings not saving 1

Hi Guys, hope you can help me, I have an IPOffice V7.0.(23)with embedded voicemail. My problem is when I go through the steps to record an outgoing message to a hunt group mailbox. Press 2 to record, press 2 to stop recording,press 1 to listen back to the recording,I can hear the new recording but when I press 3 to save the recording it reverts to the original recording.Also when I activate HG announcements it wont play the 2nd recording but when I access the recording it's there but not when you dial in it only plays the 1st announcement,then silence,even though music on hold should play then go to the 2nd announcement it doesn't.
any help would be appreciated

try downgrading to rel 7.0.12 - or upgrading to 7.0.27

rel 7 + Embedded = disaster.

upgraded 7.0(5) to Version 8 fixed announcement issues

Embedded really was not nice on rel 7 - too much focus on making nortel people happy and not focusing on the day to day stuff working.
