Embedded voicemail DTMF issue ..

Hello everyone,

Since last two release of IPO 9.1.7 and 9.1.8 i have some issue with DTMF when embedded VM answer call.

It look like it doesn't recognise the DTMF when we press any option. ( when pressing 1 or 2 or 3 nothing happen and keep playing menu greeting )

Any hint ? Never have this kind of issue before...

Yes it work internally when i press my SC that goes to AA.

Issue happen with all type of line, cell phone, H323 line, land line..

Regular 1FL analog line , Bell is he supplier

What troubleshooting have you done?
Are you using Combo cards?
Have you used and testing using a buttset?
Have you run Auto Impedance on the lines?
Does that Value make sense? (600)
DTMF settings?
Gains ?

It is on combocard,
I have test with testset and still same problem,
I have try with and without the impedance , no success
DTMF setting is at default 80 / 80
Didn't touch the gains , still at 0db
