Hi folks,

I've configured Embedded voicemail on a 3300 CXi. I've noticed when I add a user/phone from the "User Configuration" form I have the option to enable voicemail if the DN is 4 digits long. If it's 5 digits long it is greyed out.

Any ideas why this might be?

THanks!

-Fred.

You need to login to the VM via a set and change the dn length of the voicemail boxs

Voice mailboxes can only be either 1 digit, or the digit length as defined during the original install process (Administrators MB)

Your system appears to be set to 4 digit, thus only 4 digit MB's allowed.

If you change to 5 digits, all of your existing 4 digits MB's will automatically be changed to pad a zero on the end.

2222 becomes 22220
