Embedded voice mailbox scenario question

I have two people in my helpdesk. They each have a phone. We have a Mitel ICP 3300 with embedded voicemail.

Phone 1: Mitel 5340 IP Phone with extension 6222
Phone 2: Mitel 5330 IP Phone with extension 6050

I also have a helpdesk system that monitors a e-mailbox.

I'd like to have the following behavior:
When an enduser calls HELP (4357), both phones in the helpdesk should ring. If neither phone is answered, the caller should be directed to a voice mailbox. ALl voice messages should be forwarded to helpdesk@domain.com.

I've figured out how to have both phones ring when a caller dials HELP, using second line appearances. This doesn't seem to be the right approach, or I haven't figured out how to assign a voice mailbox.

Thanks.

Assuming you've created a Multicall appearance of 4357 on both phones.
Assuming you've setup routing for 4357 to go to VM on B/NA
Assuming you've created a MB 4357 and set it up to forward messages to email

I don't see your problem.
