Embedded Voice mail fowarding to mail box 1

I have a customer with embeded voice mail up and running with an auto attendant added with menu optionc to foward the call to a hunt group. I now need to foward to a specfic voice mail box if the once the hunt group times out.

The way you could do this is.

Make a shortcode which goes to the mailbox you wish it to go to.

Create a virtual user and forward all calls including hunt group calls to this user.

Over flow your Auto attendant group to a group called VM answer and put your virtual user in this group and set it to hunt, also turn VM on. Turn Queue off.

Then add this new group as an overflow destination to your normal group. Turn vm off on the main group. Turn Queue off.

This should work as to do the night message on these works in a similar way. Look at the FAQ I wrote.
