Embedded VM dial extension option

Hi, trying on a embedded for a 3300 to be able to do extension from Auto attendant but cannot. You can press dial options programmed but not 4 digit extension.

What did I miss
 
Voice mail option as to wheter just mailboxes or digits can be dialed would be my guess
 
VM Options >> Allow transfer to any number
