Im having a problem with Embedded VM. In the dial by name I have one user that if you dial just the firt letter of his name it will reconize him if you dial more than one letter of his name it cannot find his name. I already rebuilt his user same results. All other users work. Any ideas? thanks in advance.

Embedded VM Dial By Name

Dial by name goes off the FULL NAME of the user. FIRST LAST. Don't let it use the "NAME" field, use the FULL NAME field.
With embedded voicemail, you can choose first or last, but not both.
Spaces should not effect it...delete and re-create the user.
You can do first AND last select though if you wanted. Just have to string a couple AA's together.
