Embedded VM autoattendant will not play greeting 2

Embedded VM autoattendant will not play greeting nor will HG announcment play. Status show the ports being hit, but no sound is played. On autoattendant the port stays active for the right amount of time to play recorded greeting but no sound. menu greeting is recorded. *8101 checks out ok. Voicemail normally including prompts. Background, I have changed the system from embededed to pro back and forth many times as this is a demo system. Pro works fine. I think something is corrupted in the SD card. Embeded autoattendant used to work ok in 7.0.23. but today went from PRO to embeded to test a problem in embeded, and could not make autoattendant work. Upgraded to 7.0.27 to solve the HG not playing music on hold problem (know problem). That is now fixed, it plays music on hold but will still not play the announcement nor will autoattendant (any autoattendant) play. neither from shortcode or from incomming call route.

Got a time profile assigned to the greetings?

So I set a time profile, merged, no change still does not play, and also remember the HG announcements will not play either,

Menu's are not recorded with *8101 but with *8401!

The shortcodes *810x, *820x and *830x are only for greetings for "Good morning" or "Good afternoon" but the actual menu is *840x

I never use the other shortcodes to be honest.

Ok tried that, still will not play, remember this used to work before until I switched back and forth between pro and embedded so many times. and of course the hunt group announcments do not play either., embeded voicemail works fine otherwise.

What do you mean by switching from pro to embedded?

Perhaps the files are corrupted on the SD card...reformat and start over..

Wiped out all embeded autoattendant programing, reprogrammed , now works all ok
