Embedded VM - Audit user setting temp greeting

Mitel 3300 MXe - Release MCD 4.0 SP1

We have an extension 1034 which is a Menu Node voicemail box to an appointment line. We start taking appointments at 8am and when they fill up for the day at 11am we set the temp greeting to play for 1 day which changes the msg to let people calling know appointments are filled. At midnight the greeting gets reverted back to the main greeting by the 3300 and we repeat this process. We have had complaints from people that earlier then the 11am when the staff member did not set the temp greeting the patient is hearing that appointments are filled. I am trying to audit to see if the staff member might of set the wrong amount of days for the temp greeting to play or something else. I am familiar with ftping into the 3300 and looking at the DIAG.DAT/SAV log files and that can tell me when the employee logs into the voicemail box, but doesnt appear to show me what they did once they were in the voicemail box.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
