Embedded VM, 3300, voicemail to email file name

Hi there,

Is there anyway to change the syntax or length of the filename the 3300 uses for voicemail to email? I have a user who cannot access the wav files on their phone b/c the filename is too long.

Any help appreciated.

doesn't it include the mailbox name? what filename do they get at the moment?
