Hi all,
This is probably a question for the UK based chaps as I believe Basic Rate ISDN 2 isn't as popular in the US but all input is most welcome.
I have a 3300 MXeII on MCD 4.1 with an Embedded Quad BRI card I am struggling to configure. I have followed the programming instructions on the 3300 help files but still have no joy in connecting them to our ISDN2 circuit.
With all the programming complete as per the help guide when I connect the ISDN the log files show "ISDN D Channel Forced DOWN" and I am unable to dial in or out (obviously). When dialling and perfoming a CCS Trace I am getting a congested route error (again I assume because of no D Channel).
Is anyone an ISDN2 guru? Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
The ISDN circuit is fine, I have a Siemens OpenOffice that I used to use on it and she works well.
Thanks all, Jimmy.
