I have a report created in CR 8.5 by the previous CR developer with no documentation. The Visual Linking Expert is grayed out for use and the ODBC connection to the MYSQL
database shows only Queries (no tables). Other than 2 parameters and a formula calling the title of the report, all fields are Query.query_name. How are these queries
embedded in the report? Was this possibly done in Visual Basic? The report will not run from Crystal as it is looking for .qry files which I cannot locate. The report
itself is being run from a VB back end report generator. Any insight is appreciated.
